Ain

Ain (French pronunciation: ​[ɛ̃]; Arpitan: En) is a department named after the Ain River on the eastern edge of France. Being part of the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and bordered by the rivers Saône and Rhône, the department of Ain enjoys a privileged geographic situation. It has an excellent transport network (TGV, highways) and benefits from the proximity to the international airports of Lyon and Geneva.

Ain is composed of four geographically different areas (Bresse, Dombes, Bugey and Pays de Gex) which – each with its own characteristics – contribute to the diversity and the dynamic economic development of the department. In the Bresse agriculture and agro-industry are dominated by the cultivation of cereals, cattle breeding, milk and cheese production as well as poultry farming. In the Dombes, pisciculture assumes greater importance as does wine making in the Bugey. The high diversification of the department's industry is accompanied by a strong presence of the plastics sector in and around Oyonnax (so-called "Plastics Valley").

Selena Gomez

Selena Marie Gomez (/səˈliːnə məˈriː ˈɡoʊmɛz/ sə-LEE-nə mə-REE GOH-mez;Spanish pronunciation: [seˈlena ˈɣomes]; born July 22, 1992) is an American singer and actress. Born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, she was first featured on the children's series Barney & Friends in the early 2000s. In 2007, Gomez came to prominence after being cast in the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place, in which she starred as the lead character, Alex Russo, until its conclusion in 2012. She formed the band Selena Gomez & the Scene after signing a recording contract with Hollywood Records in 2008; they released the studio albums Kiss & Tell (2009), A Year Without Rain (2010), and When the Sun Goes Down (2011) before beginning a hiatus in 2012.

Gomez entered the film industry with star billings in feature films including Ramona and Beezus (2010), Monte Carlo (2011), and Hotel Transylvania (2012). She embraced an increasingly mature public image with her star billing in the film Spring Breakers (2013) and her 2013 debut solo studio album, Stars Dance. The latter project debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 and included the Billboard Hot 100 top-ten single "Come & Get It." Gomez was released from her recording contract with Hollywood Records following the completion of her compilation album For You (2014). She subsequently signed with Interscope Records to continue work on her sophomore studio album, Revival (2015). It debuted at number one in the US and featured the top-five singles "Good for You" and "Same Old Love" and the top-ten single "Hands to Myself."

Zara Larsson

Zara Maria Larsson (pronounced [ˈsɑːra maˈriːa ˈlɑːʂɔn]; born 16 December 1997) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She received national fame for winning the 2008 season of the talent show Talang, the Swedish version of Got Talent. Zara signed with the record label TEN Music Group in 2010 and released her debut EP album Introducing, in January 2013. The single "Uncover" topped the charts in Sweden and Norway. By February 2013 her single "Uncover" was certified Platinum by Universal Music Sweden. In July 2013 the album Introducing was certified Triple Platinum. Zara also signed a three-year contract with Epic Records in the United States in April 2013. She lives with her mother, father and her younger sister.

Zara Larsson was born on 16 December 1997 in Stockholm, Sweden. She has one younger sister, Hanna.

Career

2007–11: Career beginnings

Larsson was a finalist of the Swedish talent show called Talang in 2007, which is the Swedish version of Britain´s Got Talent. In 2008 Larsson won the Talang competition at age 10, and received the prize money of 500,000 SEK. "My Heart Will Go On" was later released as Larsson's debut single. A video of her performance in the final has received over 15 million views on YouTube.

Brothers Osborne

Brothers Osborne is an American country music duo composed of brothers T.J. and John Osborne. T.J. is the lead singer and John plays lead guitar. They are signed to EMI Nashville, for which they have released three singles and one studio album.

History

John and T.J. Osborne were born in Deale, Maryland. They performed in a local cover band called Deuce and a Quarter, and moved to Nashville, Tennessee in the mid-2000s. Upon moving there, they signed a publishing contract with Warner Chappell, followed by a recording contract with the Nashville branch of EMI.

The duo released their debut single "Let's Go There" in late 2013. The song reached Top 40 on Country Airplay at the end of 2013. Their second single, "Rum", debuted in early 2014. It also reached Top 40 on Country Airplay, and is included on a five-song, self-titled extended play released in September 2014.

Their third single is "Stay a Little Longer". This song originally appeared on the extended play, but the brothers re-recorded it with producer Jay Joyce for the single release. It has become their third consecutive top 40 country hit, and their first top 10 single, peaking at number 2 in January 2016. The album's fourth single is, "21 Summer" released to country radio on February 29, 2016.

Sony Music Entertainment Inc. (sometimes known as Sony Music or by the initials, SME) is an American music corporation managed and operated by Sony Corporation of America (SCA), a subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate Sony Corporation. In 1929, the enterprise was first founded as American Record Corporation (ARC) and, in 1938, was renamed Columbia Recording Corporation, following ARC's acquisition by CBS. In 1966, the company was reorganized to become CBS Records. In 1987, Sony Corporation of Japan bought the company, and in 1991, renamed it SME. In 2004, SME and Bertelsmann Music Group merged as Sony BMG Music Entertainment. When Sony acquired BMG's half of the conglomerate in 2008, Sony BMG reverted to the SME name. The buyout led to the dissolution of BMG, which then relaunched as BMG Rights Management. Out of the "Big Three" record companies, with Universal Music Group being the largest and Warner Music Group, SME is middle-sized.
